Your package shipment
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and destination of the shipment.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Customers are responsible for paying any additional taxes, duties, tariffs, or VAT.
Orders that have not shipped may be cancelled for a full refund by whichever payment method used to make the purchase. Please contact customer service to cancel or modify your order.
An order that has shipped may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the ship date. A re-stocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price (not including shipping) may apply. Contact customer service to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA).
Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed once it has been received.
